Reservation and payment

Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will check if the period you specified is still available. You will receive a reservation confirmation from us with the details of your request and the payment method.
A provisional booking will then be made and we will hold your desired accommodation for 1 week.
The deposit is 30% of the total travel price.
The deposit must be received by us within 1 week after receipt of the reservation confirmation. Upon receipt of this deposit you will receive a message from us and your reservation is final.
If we have not received the down payment after 1 week, we will send you a reminder, but we have the right to cancel the reservation and rent the accommodation to someone else.
The remaining amount + other outstanding amounts must be paid no later than the day of departure. For groups, the balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date.
We have a payment terminal suitable for bank cards and credit cards.


For written cancellation up to 6 weeks before the arrival date we will refund 50% of the paid deposit to you.
For written cancellation within 6 weeks before the arrival date there will be no refund of your deposit.
Unfortunately we cannot refund unused nights. If you arrive later than planned or leave earlier than planned you will be required to pay the full amount as agreed in the booking confirmation.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival the accommodation is available from 16.00 hours. If you expect to arrive after 19.00 hours, please let us know in advance.
Check out on the day of departure is possible until 10.00 o’clock at the latest. Deviations are negotiable after consultation with us.


There is a no smoking policy throughout the building.
We ask you to be careful with the use of candles and/or tea lights. Damage resulting from their use will be charged to you.
The accommodation should be treated with respect and care.
Any damage or breakage to the accommodation and/or inventory should be reported to us immediately. The repair and/or replacement costs may be charged to you.
We accept no liability for loss and/or theft of your personal belongings.
In the event of misconduct, we reserve the right to deny the tenant or one or more members of his party access to the building and accommodation. The tenant can not claim compensation under these circumstances.
